With the IMAQ routine GetFileInfo you can read the calibration of the pixels in pixels per unit of length (the number of dpi, default 72). Does anyone know how to set the value and the unit?
Manu, It sounds from your post that you are interested in doing Simple Calibration. This envoles setting the distance that each pixels represents in real world coordinates. For instance, you can set an x and y reolution for each pixel and actually take measurements as a function of some length such as inches instead of in pixels.
