I need help with an error, code 1074396080.

 I am new to vision and labview, and I am using the vision assitant express. I want to to image/video processing, however when acquiring an avi file i get this error: IMAQ Vision: (Hex 0xBFF60450) Invalid Image Type. I have tried to extract HSI plane in the vision assistant express, but it does not help. If i connect a camera and acquire images I however can do image processing, but not in the case with a avi video file.

Will someone please help me?

Hi,

You are running into the 1074396080 error is because the image from the AVI file is converted to 8-bit picture after the HSI step in Vision ass. What you can do is to check the "Create Destination Image" setting in "Vision Ass. Express VI" under "Select Controls".
