Can anyone tell how to take two perticular wavelengths band out of the image aquisition? practical situation is: get fluorscence (red+green) and take green and red portion out with the help of single 3chip ccd
If you are acquiring a color image, you can use IMAQ ExtractColorPlanes to pull out the color planes from an RGB or HSL image. What hardware are you using to acquire your images?
