IMAQ PCI-1408 trigger problem

We are trying to use IMAQ PCI-1408 to acquire images.

We were not able to get an image. We used the NI-MAX to diagnose the problem, and got an error message: Difficulty with trigger. [T40.1.0] (see attached screen shot)

Does anybody know how to solve the problem?

Does its trigger work before? If so, seem like it's broken now. You'd better contact NI local for repair.

Yes, it worked before. Does it really matter? Can we use it without using the trigger?
