IMAQ for 1394 and Win2K SP3 incompatibilities

I have observed that installing IMAQ for 1394 1.0 operates correctly on Windows 2000 SP2, but not after upgrading to SP3, or if installed "fresh" on a machine running SP3. The symptoms of failure include a long time taken to browse the device tree, and strange data entry boxes associated with the "properties" dialog box.

Do you know the cause, or a work around? Thanks - Carroll Arbogast

Sir,
SP3 if windows 2000 updated the 1394 driver. This design change conflicted with version 1.0 of the 1394 driver. If you call NI support, you can get the most up to date version of the 1394 driver that will work with SP3.
