IP camera adaptor does not work with IMAQdx

I followed this tutorial https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA03q000000YIQjCAO&l=en-US to use my Android camera as a webcam. Everything was done perfectly. I can access my phone's camera in web browsers and Skype. IP camera adaptor also said "sucessfully" but I can't see any camera in MAX so I cannot acquire image in Labview or Vision Assistant.

Pls help me to figure out the problem.

Hi Bestest_boy,

Have you restarted MAX and any applications using the camera? Are you connected to Wifi rather than a mobile network?

Yes. I even restarted my computer. But only chatting programs can access the camera with MJPEG name.
I'm using Windows 7 (64bit), Labview 2013.
