Imag Set User LUT

I'm trying to apply a 'LOG' LUT to the image I am capturing by using the LabView "IMAG Set User LUT" vi. How to you enter the values into the Tap connections to get a Log LUT as you can with MAX and setting the camera properties to LUT, Log?

The Set User LUT is only used when you want to define a custom LUT. In your case, you want to select one of the predefined LUTs. After initializing the IMAQ interface, you can change the LUT using a property node. You will find "Look-Up Table" under "Image Parameters".
