I'm not sure exactly what you are asking for, so I will try to cover the general subject.
ROI clusters contain the pixel coordinates of the rectangular boundary limits of the ROI, and the points required to create the ROI itself. The points depend on the type of ROI (rectangle, circle, point, etc.).
If you are converting the image to a 2D array, the ROI coordinates should still correspond to the same array indices.
There are a few ROI tools for extracting points along the boundary of an ROI and their coordinates. They are found under "Machine Vision" -> "Analytical Geometry". This might help you.
