Information needed for NI 178x Smart Cameras

Hello,

Where could I find information and instructions for accessories (e.g., power, cable, mounting, lighting, price, etc.) of NI 178x smart cameras? I only found such information for 177x cameras. I assume the two cameras are not exactly same.

Thanks for your reply. I am planning to order a NI ISC-1782 monochrome smart camera to be used with an Advanced Illumination (AI) ring light (RL4260). I have the following questions before my order.

1. In the Starter Kit for ISC-178x Smart Cameras (NI part number 785830-01), is it possible to reduce the length of the following two cables to 1 m? Our system space is limited and does not have much room for such long cables.
X-Code M12 to RJ45 Network Cable, 5 m, NI part number 145230-05
A-Code M12 to A-Code M12 Power and I/O Cable, 3 m, NI part number 145232-03

2. Could I connect the AI ICS 3S inline controller (http://www.advancedillumination.com/content/ics-3-3s-inline-control-system) to the lighting control part of the NI power and I/O accessory (see Fig. 7 of the PDF: http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/376852b.pdf )? If yes, could you please provide some details on how?

3. Where could I order the light mounting bracket of AI RL4260 ring light for NI ISC-1782 camera? Similar to the ISC-177x shown in pages 21 and 22 of the PDF: https://www.ni.com/docs/en-US/bundle/373866b/resource/373866b.pdf).

1. I don't think we sell them in different sizes. You could try to customize them yourself but this would not be supported by NI.
2. The "Operation/Wiring" tab of the product page you linked  shows the pinout for the lighting controller. You should be able to match these with Figure 7 to connect them, Though you may need to remove the default connector and separate the wires.
3. I'm not sure where you would order this, so I recommend you speak directly to an NI sales engineer to do so.
