Currently, we are building a vision system and our inspection time by the system software(NI Vision Builder) for vision inspection took quite a lot of time. Any ideas to improve the inspection maybe from the hardware side like does upgrading the computers processor or using a special type of camera improve the inspection time. We need the inspection time to be faster since longer inspection time will slower down the production.
Current:
Vision System: 800ms Production: 75 units/min
Target: 500ms 120units/min
