Is anyone seeing timing errors when they use DAQ and IMAQ simultaneously?

In one loop, i grab vision and DAQ data, but at the end I have more DAQ data. No common multiple, about 15-20% error, for any dataset between 100-100,000 points.

More information is required. Do you have continuous data acquisition set up? What is the timing relationship of vision and DAQ?
