Labview and Arvoo Digital framegrabbers

To start with - I am not a programmer.
I am a support technician for a small company that distrubtes the Arvoo (www.arvoo.com) line of labview supported digital framegrabbers. One of my customers is trying to use one of these framegrabbers with labview under windows 2000. Accoding to Arvoo I need to "ask National Instruments for the driver interface template that connects Labview to a non-NI grabber." So here I am asking.

National Instruments does not offer any driver interface templates that connects LabVIEW to non-NI grabbers.

LabVIEW offers the flexibility of calling external code (like DLLs). So, you can definitely control 3rd party hardware using LabVIEW. However, we don't have any premade LabVIEW driver for this particular hardware.
