MAE cannot detect canon camera

Hi,

I installed labview 2020 along with IMAQ, IMAQ I/O and IMAQdx. (version 20.6.0)

I am trying to couple the canon T3i Rebel camera (USB2 bus) with the labview.

But measurement and automation explorer cannot detect the camera.

The examples in IMAQdx couldn't select the camera through input I/O.

My OS is windows 10 64bit and it recognized the camera.

I saw previous topics related with problems with usb 2.0 camera.

But the instructions on the pages above seems not working.

The image below is MAE on my desktop.

Anyone give some advice on this problem?

Hi Jim,

Download this toolkit to use Canon cameras with IMAQdx. You can find it in VIPM as well.
