NI PCI-1428 Framegrabber is unstable

I've got troubles with NI PCI-1428 Camera Link framegrabber.
Sympthoms are following:
It works perfect wit i860 chipset motherbord (Supermicro P4DC6+).
But with more faster X6DAL-G motherboard (based on i7525 chipset) this framegrabber is not stable.
Sporadically I've got Timeout Error (-1074397150) during acquisition. This error occured in IMAQ Copy.
The same error occured in National Instruments MAX Software during live acquisition.
Sometimes it happened after 30 minutes acuisition, and sometimes after few hours.
If this error occured then only way to get framegrabber running again is restart computer completely.
Restart of software and re-initialization of framegrabber is not enough for getting images.
I have tried to change position of framegrabber and check different PCI slots. Error still present.
I have tried different PCI latency bus settings. With higher settings (max. 248 for this motherboard) it looks a little bit better, but still crashed after 30-50 hours.

Anyone else have the same behaviour? Any workarounds?

with best regards,
Andrey.

What revision of 1428 do you have?

Have you tried to disable specific things (e.g. ethernet, serial, usb,...) in bios?
Could you notice any changes during acquisition?

Hi,

All devices which not necessary are turned off (Parallel port, Audio). USB, ethernet on board and serial are turned on (because used).
Not sure about revision of PCI-1428.
Following information available:
Serial number 0x0110D7A7
Memory 16 MB
Interface LVDS
On the card sticker is present: 186856D-01

May be situation will be better with PCI Express card 1429?
It looks like problem with PCI bus, because if timeout occured during IMAQ copy, then acquisition still works (status obtained via property node: Status Information: Acquisition in Progress is true without errors), but only IMAQ Copy returned timeout error.
