sir, I have installed labview 2009.. then I have installed all the following modules:

1) Vision aquisition software

2) Vision development module

3) Vision development patch

4) IMAQ USB installer

But when i load my application in labview it is unable to load 6 things: IMAQ USB open,IMAQ USB Close,IMAQ USB GrabAcquire, etc.

what may be the problem if i have installed all the things correctly. I am unable to see the measurement palette in functions menu in block diagram.

please help...

IMAQ for USB was built for an older version of LabVIEW and won't install for LabVIEW 2009.  You should be using NI-IMAQdx 3.4 or later which is part of Vision Acquisition Software.  You will  have to replace the IMAQ USB functions with the equivalent NI-IMAQdx functions.
