OCR Problem for Chinese Character

Dear All,

I would like to train Chinese character using the OCR step in Vision Builder. I saw one old post regarding this https://forums.ni.com/t5/Machine-Vision/OCR-training-on-Chineses-Character/td-p/2773056?profile.lang... and it seem can be trained. But when I try to train it, it become "?" and after click train. It will save ocr file and only show "?". If I click train using the chinese character, no OCR file was saved.

Sample Character :

Image 1: Enter character                                    Image 2 : After input, press spacebar suddenly became "?"

I'm not sure why this happen.

By the way, I'm using Chinese Simplified keyboard for this.

Can someone give me some suggestions? Thanks a lot.

Hi Cagla, you need to add language into Language for uni-code program.

You can find this setting in Control Panel -> Region And Language - > Under Administrative Tab.
