Optimising the delay for seed growing

I am doing a project on seed region growing.

The VI is complete but the execution time ranges up to 6 secs .I am not able to reduce the delay.

The VIs are attatched,

Operating Procedure:

1. Run the Seed.vi

2. The image is read from a file.

3.Draw the roi and press set roi.

4.Double click at a point on the image.

5.the region grows....

Pls suggest  some method to reduce the execution time.

Can you attach the vi for lv 8.0?

I have atached the LV 8.0 versions of the VIs.

 The vi is for 8.2 and not vi. No probs if you can just attach a screen shot..
