Does anyone know what the latency is from the time that one of the external trigger inputs on the PCI-1428 receives a trigger pulse and the time the framegrabber generates the trigger pulse to send to the camera via the cameralink cable?
The triggering operates on the FPGA level, so the turn-around time for the output trigger will always be on the next clock edge. The clock is a 50MHz clock, so the delay will always be less than 20 nanoseconds.
