PCIe-1430 Dual Cameralink DEAD

My PCIe-1430 Cameralink framegrabber no longer works?

I have tried in another computer and same.. NI-MAX doesn't see

it and the operating system does not find it. I can add it manually,

it replies its okay, but again MAX doesn't see it.

What are my options? Its over 1yr old. Any diagnostics available?

Hi csk,

There are not any diagnostics for our framegrabbers.  In addition to what you have already done it might be worthwhile reinstalling the drivers just to be sure.  If you are sure that your card is not working correctly then you can send it to NI and we will repair it for you.
