Pixelink GigE MAX configuration

Hi, I have jast bought a couple of PL-B781G and this is the first time I use GigE cameras. They are connected to the PC thru an Ethernet switch. I can grab and display images using pixeLINK LV SDK. But I cannot snap images by MAX. I can see both the devices under NI-IMAQdx Devices but when I try to snap appears the error message attached.

Does anybody knows this error?

I have to develop my camera driver in LV. Do you suggest me to use LV SDK (pixelink APIs basically) or NI-IMAQdx?

Hi Logatto,

are you sure that the Ethernet switch you are using supports the Jumbo Frames?

All hardware in a particular system must support Jumbo Frames in order for the data to be transferred in that manner.
