HI NI Team
Recently, I found that many computers in our project had blue screens. After analysis by Microsoft engineers, the cause of the blue screen was located on NI's nivipcik.sys and nigevk.sys drivers. The attachment is the blue screen BMP file of each machine, please help analyze it, thank you!

Hi SimonSun,
It could be an issue with your GigE drivers. You might want to check out this thread:

HI Pablo
I have read the link you forwarded, and I actually read it before posting. But I found that it does not solve my problem because I am using version 17 of the Vision Acquisition Software.😀

Which ethernet adapters are you using and which operating system ?
I remember some years ago, we encountered random blue screen crashes and the explanation was that we were using Intel Pro 1000 Quad ports adapters which were showing unstable behaviour when used in Windows 7 (it seems they were recommended to be used with Windows Server).

hi Sami
The frame grabber we use is PCIE-GIE74 provided by ADLINK. The system used is Windows 7 Kernel Version 7601 (Service Pack 1). https://www.adlinktech.com/Products/Machine_Vision/FrameGrabbers_VideoCaptureCards/PCIe-GIE72_74?lan...
