Pleora iPORT NTx GigE UART interface

I am using Pleora iPORT NTx GigE for my camera system and would like to send some some command through the UART Bulk 0 interface. From the NI Vision Acquisition Express, I am able to see the configuration as shown in the attach image but i can't seem to find any control to send command. Is there a way i can access the port communication in Labview to send command line?

Your post was some time ago but...

I have the same problem with a Pleora CameraLink frame grabber (model CL-U3).

Did you find a solution? The only way I can see is to replace the NI IMAQdx interface with .net from the Pleora SDK.
