Problem in accquaring image from a basler gige camera by using NI MAX

I am trying to acquire an image from a Basler ava1000-100gm gige camera through NI MAX.The problem is I am getting some initial flickering in the grabbed image and after sometime those flickering is getting resolved. I am using the following attributes.

packet size: 1500 bytes

Pixel format-mono 8

Please suggest some configuration settings required in MAX to resolve this issue.

Can you post a screenshot of the "Ethernet Attributes" tab in MAX after you've run an acquisition that exhibits the behavior you described?
