Problem with writing camera attribute in VBAI

I have one state with one command "write camera attribute" . when it execute, it doesn't seem to change camera attribute unless I open it in configuration mode, press "test" button. 

the checkbox "Cancel write action if attribute value the same" and "cancel remaining attribute actions after first failure" are both off.

How can I make this write camera attribute run correctly similar manner to when I press its "test" button in configuration mode.

I'm not sure whether some attributes are allowed to be written to camera on the fly. Have you tried setting Acquisition Option to Stop acquisition before applying attribute actions or Stop and unconfigure acquisition before applying attribute actions?

Currently it is set to "Stop acquisition before applying attribute action".

How different they are between "stop acquisition before applying attribute action" and "Unconfigure acquisition before applying attribute action" ?

Stop acquisition before applying attribute actions: the step stops the acquisition for the selected camera, reads or writes camera attribute values, and restarts the acquisition.
Stop and unconfigure acquisition before applying attribute actions: the step stops the acquisition for the selected camera, sets the acquisition to an unconfigured state, reads or writes camera attribute values, and restarts the acquisition.
