RBG from camera and convert it to CIE tristimulus

Any other option for reference parameter ? when i use default reference , the output if XYZ alway show lower than ~1.2.

But seems like the XYZ should be between 0  and 150 , right ? Do you have any idea that how make this happen , need to choose what

kind of  reference parameter？
