RGB TO GRAYSCALE VIDEO

Hi  people of LabVIEW:

I'm develop an aplication wich one I'm adquiring whit a webcam creative. The target of the aplication is to see two diferent stage of the video processing RGB and grayscale (8 bits). the aplication is running but in some instant of time the 'image display' displays RGB image and grayscale image at the same 'image display'.
I hope you can gime some ideas to improve in the aplication.

Imaq bufffer????. Could you be more especific please, I can't get ready
Carlos Gusman give me an idea that works very well, but I want to test your idea.
Maybe whit a image or a vi. you could show me. I'm grateful for you responding this post.

Its what Gustavo told you, you can create two imaqs, just don’t like to have post unanswered and the answered was in Spanish.
