You might want to try to take your IMAQ boards out of the computer before rebooting. On a boot up, the IMAQ boards get initialized, so their associated modules as well. You can check also the Windows Task Manager and see if there is an IMAQ process going on, just kill that process. You might want to try to rename the old cwimaq file and then place the other one, or try to delete the old one. If you have been able to register the cwimaq component in other Win2k machines check if there is any change, like the service pack, it should be at least 2.
