Running LV IMAQ loop program, sporatically locks up PC after hundreds of hours error free.

I am running a loop that takes in image and discreet data, processes and outputs discreet data. Program is running on 5 identical machines for hours a day unattended. On two machines there is a very sporatic lock up. No recurring pattern obvious. Using Win2000, 750MHz PIII, image capture card and digital I/O card.

These kinds of problems are always the toughest to troubleshoot. The first thing we should do it try to narrow it down. Try swapping the frame grabbers and cameras from two of the good computers with two sets from the bad computers. If the bad computers continue to lock up, then it may be some sort of software issue. However, if the good computers start locking up, then we need to narrow it down to which piece of hardware is causing the glitch. Please let me know what you find.
