Sequence VI inoperable with PCI-1424 and SU320-1.7RT

I need to capture a repeatable number of images (about 50-100) in which none (or a small set number like 1) of the camera output frames are missed. I think that a sequence will be the best way to do this but unfortunately, the LL Sequence vi does not work. The failure mode is that only the first frame and half of the second are refreshed (an image of this is attached). I have updated the IMAQ drivers to 2.5.3 and other captures like snap and grab work well(although grab must be configured to capture into onboard memory or there is image jitter). This problem is seen with other PCI-1424 cards and other cameras. I have also updated the camera file for the SU320-1.7RT. Ideas for tackling this prblem?
Also, is anyo
ne aware of necessary changes to the pin out on the cable for the SU320-1.7RT camera. I have the most recent version but a fellow who works here told me that they had to change this to use the FLDINDEX from the camera instead of CBLANK for the ENABLEA+/- pins on the PCI-1424. I doubt this is the problem or even related but it is something i'd like some info about.

The LL Sequence does sound like a good approach based on the description of your application, however you should not expect to miss ANY frames, especially using a camera with a very modest data rate.

The pinout for the 1.7RT camera indicates the CBLANK should be connected to the Enable line, while the pinout for the 1.7LT shows the FLD_INDEX line. This could be the problem, but I am not sure. I will be receiving this exact camera shortly for another project and I would be happy to give you a more difinitive answer once I get a chance to test the camera.
