Hi everybody. I'm trying to connect the iso out of IC3120 to an industrial continuous inket printer (coding printer), replicating a rotary encoder signal. The inkjet printer can accept either a totem pole signal, or an open collector signal (please see attached photo).
Can anyone help give suggestion on which wiring I should use? Thank you very much.

Hello,
I recommend using the totem poll configuration. The digital output from the IC-3120 is push-pull or totem poll. Check out the following references for more information.
