Trying to capture from Elgato Game Capture Card HD60 S

Hello.  I bought this device thinking I could use it as a general frame grabber but so far no luck.  Windows 10 Device Manager shows it under the category of NI Vision Acquisition Devices and it shows up in NI-Max as well, but I just get a blank image.  I'm using IMAQdx and the device appears as 'cam1'.

Is this supposed to work or not?

Doh, it turns out the VGA-to-HDMI adapter I used (our source is a VGA connector) needed a second micro USB connection for power.  It all worked great! Hope this helps someone.
