Using IMAQ RT Video Out in smart camera 1742 can not diaplay image

I want to using IMAQ RT Video Out in smart camera 1742 to get display image,but it does not work,Here is my VI,please help me,thank you.

1. There is no physical Video Out at a SmartCam.

2. This VI only supports ETS Targets, like PXI or the CVS.
