Using PCI-1405 and PCI-1410 on Linux

I am interested in using a PCI-1405 or PCI-1410 card on a system running linux (the PCI-1410 is the preferred card to use but PCI-1405 card may be an option under certain circumstances).  After searching through the different postings in the forums it looks like there are no IMAQ drivers for Linux yet.  If this is still the case, is there documentation available for the PCI-1405 and PCI-1410 cards to allow me to implement my own driver under Linux?  Are there links available to this documentation?

Hi leonree,
Unfortunately, National Instruments does not provide any NI-IMAQ drivers for Linux at this time. This can be seen in the following KnowledgeBase article, which was last updated just a couple of weeks ago:

Thanks Vijay S.

Is it possible to get a more indepth datasheet on the PCI-1405 and PCI-1410 that would provide sufficient information (register mappings and uses etc) to allow a Linux driver to be developed?

Best Regards,
Leon

Hi Leon,
I'm afraid that at least at this time, there are no driver development kits (DDKs) or documentation releases detailing register-level programming for our IMAQ boards.
