VBAI Import Export of measurement steps

Hi,

we are using VBAI 2011 and we want to move inspection steps from one application to an other. Is there any possibility to export and import a vision step that we can move these steps/modules/states to an other application?

In the moment we have to rewrite the modules when we want to use the in an other programm

If you right click on the state diagram (where the states/transitions are), there's an option to "Import Inspection". You can currently only import the entire inspection, but it's not hard to delete states you don't need (assuming it's not huge). If you plan to reuse a common block of states/steps, you could save this snippet off as it's own inspection and then it will make it easier to import in future inspections.
