Hi,

 

I have a problem with setting password. When I used Password-Protected, even typing right password that always says The password is incorrect. Does any patch could fix this issue?

I realize this was a while ago but I am getting the same error while trying to connect to a remote target, a 1776c Smart Camera.  I know the password is correct and it still gives me the error.  If I deliberately type in an incorrect password, it tells me it is an invalid password with a different pop up message.

 

Were you ever able to figure this out?
