Vision Builder select inspection issue

I'm using the select inspection feature of Vision Builder AI 2018. The inspection selection is based on an user input. It is working properly, problem is that for the select inspection dialog to appear I need to run at least the current inspection once. What I need is that the select inspection dialog appears when the user clicks the green button. Please see the following image:

Hope I explain properly the problem. Also hope someone can help me with this issue.
