What is the criteria for failing? the circularity of the ring and presence of the "DO NOT EAT" label?

It is not clear to me why #2, 4, 5 and 6 are failing.

 Fail 2 has outside edge

Fail 4  there is damage in the paper do no eat

Fail 5  also you will found damage in the paper from the lift side

Fail 6  I know this is the difficult one because the capsule is closed right but there is gab between the close edge and the paper and you will see it as a shadow.
