What is a convenient way to do onboard triggering with pci-1408 and cable imaq a2514?

I'll have tryed to do triggering so that i'll have only asserted one trigger line with +5 voltage but it doesn't work because all the others trigger lines also get the status asserted and they voltage level are about +3Volts. How can I unasserted this other lines and only use one trigger line ?

The other lines are probably at their ambient state which is usually between 2.5 to 3 V. If you wanted to unassert them, just drive them all low at the beginning of your program and then use the trigger line you want.

At the beginning of my program I'll have drive all the trigger line to the unassert state, but when I input +5 V with external power supply to the one trigger line then the all others get also asserted state. So I wonder can I use only one trigger line separately of the other lines and how can I do this?

If you input +5V on one trigger line, the other's should never be affected. There may be something wrong with the board that we can troubleshoot over the phone. Please go to www.ni.com/ask to receive a toll free number to contact the Vision group here at NI.

I'll get this answer; We're sorry, but the Technical Support Call Center is currently closed .I'll write from Europe so it is easy to me communicate in this way.So can you guide me in this way. So what you think it's wrong in my application? I'll have also try to control one trigger line with the PCI-6024e card but the situation is the same and I'll have already try to control two separate PCI-1408 cards, but I'll haven't been any successful.
