First off, can you check if the board will work in another computer? If not, then you may have to send it in for repair. If it works in another computer, then there may be an issue with the boot sequence of the board. Please go to www.ni.com/ask to receive a phone number to call the engineers here at NI. We might have a boot sequence that will work. Be prepared to give us more information about your computer, such as mother board, chip set, and other hardware.
