Why I get img_error_vlck when I try to snap a picture whit a camera?

I´m using a Sony camera model 3CCDP

It sounds like the board is not receiving the signal from the camera, or is not recognizing it properly. Make sure the camera is connected and all the cables are correct. Also make sure that the configuration in MAX is correct.

Thank you for your answer, but I tried everything. Can you give me some tips to configure the board PCI-1409 with my camera?
Because sometimes work but after take one or two pics give me the same error´s message

I would recommend contacting NI's technical support and discuss the problem with them. They may have more ideas of how to solve the problem.
