Why MAX 2.2 does not start?

When starting MAX 2.2, it seems loading but it does not open. When pressing ALT-CTRL-DEL, NIMAX is shown on the tasks list but there is no button on the taskbar for MAX.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall and it happens again everytime.
Whats wrong?

I'm not exactly sure what's wrong, but I can guarantee that your results aren't typical. MAX 2.2 is actually an older version, so if nothing else, I recommend updating your hardware drivers, which will update MAX. What hardware are you using? If it's an NI image acquisition device, then I recommend uninstalling your current NI-IMAQ and installing version 2.6 from ni.com. This will install MAX version 3.0.

If this doesn't work, then you should go to ni.com to get in touch with an applications engineer.

Thanks Kyle.
I use NI-MOTION with PCI7344.
I already upgraded to MAX 3.0 with NI-MOTION 6.
However, MAX 3.0 has many differences from MAX 2.2 (with NI-MOTION 5.2), therefore I prefer at the moment to stay with MAX 2.2 as it was, just to make it work again.
