Hello：

         When I compmile OpenCV Utilities in opencv4.4.0 ，prompt error "channel_type": is not "cv::DataType<_Tp>"  member（VS2019），but when  I compmile OpenCV Utilities in opencv3.0.0 ，it works。What's the problem？
