When I compile a LabView program to produce a stand alone application and try to run it on a different machine (on which LabView is not installed), I get error messages, stating, that all the IMAQ vision Vi's are missing.

Is there a special way to implement them?

I use LabView 7.1 and IMAQ Vision 6.1

The vision stuff is not part of the normal LabVIEW package. The VIs will be in the application, but the code that they call will not. To have that code as well, you need to have the IMAQ Vision Deployment License installed on that machine. Copies of this are ~$300(US).
