call dll in RT

Hello,I want to call DLL in LV,and it works well in my host computer.however,when I want to do so in the CVS.There is an ERROR:failed to load shared library *.dll……I have ftp this DLL to the CVS and put it into the directory that is referenced by the path in my Call Library Node. What's the problem?
