Thank you,
I have another question, concerning the 6025e board.
I'm afraid that if I sample a pixel by 1 read only on the analog video signal, there would be noise and the quality of the image would be low. I think I've read that this board is able to use functions of dithering and averaging, in order to liniarize and lower the noise of the signal.
How can I enable these functions ?

The PCI-6025E does have the dithering and averaging capability. See the link below for how to access this feature -- I wasn't sure whether you are using DAQmx or Traditional DAQ functions, but the link contains the steps for both. That should cover your questions! Let us know if there's anything else.
Enable Dithering (both Traditional NI-DAQ and DAQmx):

Hello MarcoPolo5,
I have now tried to run the vi that you have sent, having the Vision Module installed, but Labview does not recognize the function, called "Convert Image.vi", could you please help me with this ?
Can I use some other function in stead ?
Thank you.
Michael.
