creating own image

Hi all,

              I want to create a .bmp image of 800 X 600 pixels using NI vision where I want to create several black dots at some points let say (100,112) (100, 150) (200,233) ... so on.  Black dots size would be kept constant. I am using NI vision 7.0 & Labview 7.0

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Is there a reason that you want to use vision instead of the picture control?  This may be easier with the picture control.

That being said, you can do it like in the attached.  I did not change the color of the blank image from black to something else, but you can do that if you like.

Thanks for your kind reply, Since I have only labview 7.0, I have just wired the same in LabView7.0. But it doesn't work well (getting a black image). I don't know why the picture control looks different in 7.0. Please check the attachment
