I would like to create 3D image using LabVIEW and NI-IMAQ Card 1407 and CCD camera.

You can display 2D image data 3 dimensionally by using the IMAQ 3D View.vi function. Otherwise, you could write an algorithm to take multiple 2D images and identify points or edges and then create a 3D image from them.
