how to handle persistent IMG_ERR_TIMO

I keep getting IMG_ERR_TIMO, particularly when my app is starting (which can take a long time) but sometimes when it is running also.

How can I prevent this, and how can I handle it while running. Right now I am stopping that app and starting over every time it happens which will NOT work for our clients.

What type of hardware are you using? IEEE 1394, analog, digital or Camera Link? Whatever type you are using, I am going to suggest that you try increasing the timeout value in Measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX) if you can.
