i am writing .AVI file to disk.there is a limit of 4 Gbytes for each file.that means .AVI write could not
extend this limit for each file. now my question is
there any limit of number of .AVI files in one folder.
if there is a limit then how many files per folder?

This was answered in a previous post, I believe. 4 GB is the file size limit for the FAT32 operating system. The solution is to upgrade to XP with NTFS.
