Hi Reghu,

You problem is very common. Please check the following:

  • Software Considerations
  1. Make sure that you installed NI Vision Acquisition Software and it is activated.
  • Hardware Considerations
  1. Make sure your NI PCI framegrabber is mounted correctly in PCI slot (you have one, don't you?)
  2. Make sure that Firewire Cable is reliable as this was my problem in the past.
  3. Check that your camera power cable is plugged correctly.

Dear All,

It looks like the Cooke PCO cameras are not compliant with the IIDC standard.  Apparently, they will be releasing LabVIEW drivers for the PCO firewire cameras in the near feature, see http://www.cookecorp.com/cooke/php/support/third_party_1-en.php?01040401&lid=186.
